Jerusalem, 26 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli security forces, including the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) and regional police units, arrested three suspects and seized weapons during joint counter-terrorism operations across Bethlehem and the Judea and Samaria region.
In Bethlehem, troops raided multiple locations—including the residence of an individual affiliated with Hamas—confiscating a loaded shotgun, military uniforms, and technological equipment.
Two suspects in their 20s and 30s were detained for questioning at the Ma’ale Adumim police station on charges of illegal arms possession.
Simultaneously, Hebron police officers conducted targeted searches in additional sectors, seizing another shotgun along with significant quantities of ammunition, and arresting a 30-year-old suspect connected to the illicit stockpile.
