Jerusalem, 14 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli security forces arrested five suspects in raids on two organizations accused of serving as financial and organizational arms of Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) in Judea and Samaria, Israeli authorities said Wednesday.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) said they raided offices in Ramallah and Beita earlier this week, seizing computers, documents, and checkbooks bearing markings linking them to funds designated as terror-related. The detainees and confiscated materials were transferred for further investigation.

In Ramallah, IDF and Shin Bet forces raided the offices of the Addameer charity association on Tuesday. Israeli security officials alleged that the organization was funded by terror-related money and provided legal assistance to imprisoned members of the PFLP, a designated terrorist organization.

The statement said individuals associated with the organization had participated in the August 23, 2019, attack near Dolev, in which 17-year-old Rina Shnerb was murdered. Shnerb was killed in a bombing at Ein Bubin spring, while her father and brother were wounded.

In a separate operation, Israeli forces raided the offices of the Islamic Association for the Care of Orphans in Yatta. The military described the association as an unlawful organization that served as a financial and organizational arm of Hamas.

According to the statement, the association transferred funds to Hamas and supported the families of terrorists and prisoners. Its director and other senior officials were identified as Hamas operatives who had previously served prison sentences.

Israeli security officials said the organization exploited its civilian activities to strengthen Hamas’s influence in Yatta.
