Jerusalem, 16 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Likud is mapping opposition candidates to identify those who would refuse a coalition backed by Arab parties, aiming to block an alternative government, Israeli media reported on Friday. Likud plans to use its findings to target pressure on conservative opposition MKs who reject Arab party support.
With just ten days until the election, between 4 and 7 mandates (720,000 to over a million voters) reportedly remain undecided between the blocs.
These critical swing voters are fluctuating between Likud and three opposition slates: Beyachad (led by Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid), Yashar! (led by Gadi Eisenkot), and Avigdor Liberman’s Yisrael Beytenu. Because these undecided Israelis hold the power to decide the entire election, every single campaign message, video, and interview launched by Bennett, Eisenkot, and Liberman is now being tailored to win them over.
