Jerusalem, 20 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš met with an Israeli Ministry of National Security delegation in Prague to examine adopting Israel’s National Child Online Protection Bureau (“Model 105”) framework following a documented surge in digital harassment against minors.

Operating in Israel since 2018, Model 105 integrates law enforcement, intelligence, education, and social welfare services into a single unified contact center for detecting, investigating, and mitigating cyberbullying and online violence.

Recent academic studies in Czechia revealed that up to 26% of local adolescents reported online threats, with over half keeping incidents unreported.

Czech officials confirmed plans to establish a centralized national mechanism based on the Israeli inter-agency system to provide streamlined reporting and support for affected families.
