Attended by senior executives, HR directors, and hotel network leaders—including Hilton, Dan, Isrotel, and Fattal—the summit focused on expanding recruitment pipelines, managing workplace PTSD, and adopting accessible workplace technologies.
Key government and civic stakeholders, including the Ministry of Welfare and the IDF Disabled Veterans Organization, participated in panel discussions and direct networking sessions designed to connect major hotel chains with specialized placement agencies, driving broader socio-economic inclusion and workplace diversity.
