TPS: Israeli Firm Electreon Introduces Wireless Charging System for Cars, Fleets
Electreon Wireless, an Israeli EV charging company, launched its Lite DOT wireless charging system for cars and fleets at IAA Transportation 2026 in Hannover.
Jerusalem, 15 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli electric vehicle charging company Electreon Wireless unveiled its new Lite DOT wireless charging system at IAA Transportation 2026, a major international transportation trade fair in Hannover, Germany.
The 11-kilowatt system uses an above-ground charging pad and wall-mounted unit, allowing passenger cars and light commercial vehicles to charge automatically while parked without cables.
Electreon CEO Oren Ezer said the technology is designed to make wireless charging available in existing parking spaces without major infrastructure changes. The Tel Aviv-based company said Lite DOT is intended for private users and fleet operators, with deployments planned as part of its broader international rollout. Headquartered in Beit Yanai, Electreon operates more than 20 wireless charging projects across Europe, Asia and North America.
