Jerusalem, 12 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli brothers Sassi and Eran Avital have signed a memorandum of understanding to sell 50% of their café chains, Lehem Station and BREADCAFE, to Kamari Group at a company valuation of NIS 23 million ($7.1 million), Israeli media reported Monday.

The final agreement and completion of the transaction are expected within approximately two months. Lehem Station currently operates 16 branches, with six more under development, while BREADCAFE has six locations.

The partners plan to expand Lehem Station to 40–50 branches. The Avital brothers will remain the chains’ co-chief executives, overseeing expansion and franchise recruitment.

Kamari Group operates approximately 180 retail and food outlets, including convenience stores and franchises for several café and restaurant brands.

Sassi Avital said the partnership would provide substantial financial backing to help develop both brands while the brothers retain their ownership of the brands.
