As a result of the shooting, the victim died. The investigation findings raise suspicion that the murder was carried out by an assassination squad that operated according to a pre-arranged plan, with coordination and division of roles among those involved, who acted for several days prior to the murder for its planning and execution. The identities of the three suspects were revealed during the covert investigation, and in the process, an evidentiary foundation was formed linking them to the planning and execution of the murder. With the transition to the overt stage of the investigation, the three suspects were arrested, and today the prosecution intends to file an indictment against them for murder under aggravated circumstances, along with a request for their detention until the end of proceedings.
