Jerusalem, 25 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli defense-tech startup SkyNest, a developer of autonomous drone infrastructure, has secured $5 million in signed orders within just five months of its commercial launch, Israeli media reported Sunday.
The orders come from major defense corporations and leading drone manufacturers. SkyNest specializes in smart, automated docking stations, often called “drone hives,” that handle launch, recovery, and encrypted data transfers without on-site human operators.
The company confirmed that its systems have already been deployed operationally. Looking ahead, SkyNest is targeting an additional pipeline of $8 million in prospective deals, backed by rising global demand for resilient drone logistics.
The startup is currently expanding its footprint, engaging in advanced discussions with security agencies and defense distributors across Israel, Europe, and the United States to integrate its infrastructure onto tactical vehicles and naval vessels.
