Jerusalem, 15 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Ondas Inc., a U.S. Defense technology company, has acquired Israeli defense firm GATE Technologies Ltd. The deal also includes GATE’s Polish manufacturing and certification affiliate, Bron Technologies, for $205 million plus up to $185 million in performance-based payments.
Founded in 2006, GATE develops electronic safe-and-arm devices and advanced fuzing systems for missiles, rockets, unmanned aerial vehicles and loitering munitions. Bron’s manufacturing operations are based in Poland. Ondas said GATE’s technologies are integrated into more than 90 weapon systems and expects the acquired business to generate $180 million in revenue and more than $130 million in adjusted EBITDA through 2028.
