Jerusalem, 15 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — A sharp rise in reported Palestinian terror incidents has been recorded across Judea and Samaria since the beginning of October, according to reports compiled by the Hatzalah Judea and Samaria Without Borders organization. The report counted 63 incidents during October 1–13, more than twice the 29 recorded throughout September.
The pace accelerated during the month, with 27 incidents reported from October 1–7 and another 36 between October 8 and 13. The incidents include rock-throwing, assaults on Jewish shepherds and residents near farms, attempted ramming and stabbing attacks, firebombs, arson and suspected poisoning of livestock and water supplies.
The report linked the increase partly to the start of the olive harvest season, when attacks around grazing areas and settlement farms intensify. The figures reflect the organization’s incident reports, not a comprehensive official count.
