Jerusalem, 8 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich (Religious Zionism) are launching a joint campaign to increase turnout among right-wing voters Ahead of Israel’s upcoming election.

Reports describe the initiative as a joint Netanyahu-Smotrich effort, with National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir not included in the campaign framework.

The initiative targets approximately 200,000 potential voters, representing roughly five Knesset seats, who, according to the parties’ estimates, may otherwise stay home.

The operation, dubbed the “Multiplication Plan,” is being coordinated with Benjamin Regional Council head and Yesha Council chairman Israel Ganz. It will combine door-to-door outreach in strategic areas, community leaders encouraging voting, transportation assistance for thousands of voters, and a large telephone operation.

The parties will also coordinate messaging and election-day operations.
