Jerusalem, 4 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Gasoline prices in Israel will fall by NIS 0.50 per liter at midnight Sunday after Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich signed an order cutting the fuel excise tax. The price will drop from NIS 8.27 ($2.71) to NIS 7.77 ($2.55) per liter, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said.
