Jerusalem, 13 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli security forces have arrested four Islamic Jihad terrorists in northern Samaria, thwarting a planned terror attack in the Menashe Regional Brigade sector.
Guided by “precise” Israel Security Agency (Israel’s anti-terror General Security Service) intelligence, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) troops executed targeted raids in the villages of Qabatiya and Arraba, located near Jenin, to apprehend the four terrorists before the plot could be carried out. In a separate counter-terrorism operation in the Beit Rima area, soldiers detained a wanted suspect allegedly involved in illegal arms trafficking.
Military officials confirmed that all four Islamic Jihad terrorists and the suspected weapons dealer were taken into custody and transferred to security agencies for interrogation.
