Eight Suspects Arrested in Arson, Assault Incidents in Southern Hebron Hills

Jerusalem, 1 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel Police arrested eight suspects overnight for involvement in arson and assault incidents in the Southern Hebron Hills area, following an investigation by the Inter-Agency Command in the Judea and Samaria District.

The suspects, residents of Judea and Samaria and central Israel aged 16 to 20, were arrested in connection with the incidents. Three vehicles suspected of being used by the suspects while committing the offenses were also seized during the operation.

The police said the investigation is ongoing.
