A foreign national who disturbed the peace near the settlement of Carmel was arrested by police officers from the Judea and Samaria District. Following his investigation, he was transferred to the Population Authority for a hearing, prior to his deportation from Israel, last Saturday.

The investigation file was handled by the inter-organizational headquarters in the Judea and Samaria District, and after a criminal evidentiary basis for his actions was formed, the investigation materials were transferred last night for review by the Population and Immigration Authority for the purpose of a hearing and a decision regarding his deportation from the State of Israel.
