Jerusalem, 28 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli cloud security company Upwind announced a $400 million Series C funding round on Wednesday, bringing its total funding to more than $800 million. The round was led by U.S. investment firm Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors and new investor Canapi Ventures.
The funding comes less than nine months after Upwind raised $250 million in a Series B round. The Tel Aviv-founded company plans to use the capital to expand product development and engineering, focusing on cybersecurity for cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence systems. Upwind is also developing AI-powered tools to detect, assess and address security threats.
