Jerusalem, 15 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — A 46-year-old resident of Rishon LeZion was indicted on Wednesday for threatening to murder Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other elected officials. The man was arrested on October 13 after arriving at the entrance to a military base in central Tel Aviv and making violent statements. Police said he continued to threaten officers during his arrest.

The Tel Aviv District Prosecution Unit charged him with multiple counts of making threats in three separate incidents and requested his detention until the end of proceedings.
