Jerusalem, 17 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli prosecutors indicted 20-year-old Mustafa Issa of Kafr Qasim on Thursday for allegedly planning an attack on an Amdocs server facility in Ra’anana, central Israel.
According to the indictment, filed in the Central District Court in Lod, Issa exploited his volunteer work with the fire department to scout potential targets and gather intelligence. Over approximately 18 months, he downloaded weapons-manufacturing guides and made unsuccessful attempts to build an explosive device, allegedly planning to plant it at the facility or deliver it by drone.
