Jerusalem, 1 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — About 25 Palestinians on Thursday attacked a group of Israeli settlers with stones near a water pit by Havat Anton (Anton’s Farm), near the Tapuach Junction in Samaria, lightly injuring a Jewish teenager, Israeli media reported.

The boy, 14, was dragged on the ground by the attackers but managed to escape, reach the area’s security coordinator, and receive medical treatment from Magen David Adom. He was later evacuated to Schneider Children’s Medical Center with back injuries.

IDF forces rushed to the scene and were also attacked with stones. Soldiers responded with warning shots and by firing toward the lower bodies of two of the main instigators, who were wounded.

The Palestinian attackers then fled toward the nearby village of Yasuf. Several settlers subsequently entered Yasuf and threw stones, according to reports.

Havat Anton is an unauthorized Israeli outpost near Yasuf. The incident comes amid continuing friction between Israeli settlers and Palestinian residents in the area.
