Israeli rioters set tires on fire and set up roadblocks on main roads in the area in order to prevent forces from reaching enforcement. As a result, roads and main arteries were blocked throughout the morning, disrupting the daily routine of residents of the area and citizens of the State of Israel, creating blockages and traffic jams along all roads in the area. Security forces cleared the roadblocks and completed the enforcement. Throughout the operation, dozens of rioters engaged in physical and verbal violence against the security forces, despite the forces’ efforts to avoid physical confrontation. The forces arrested 18 suspects for assaulting and obstructing security forces and seized several vehicles, in one of which incendiary materials, assault tools, and pepper spray were found. The detainees were transferred for investigation in the Judea and Samaria District.
