The third suspect involved in the murder fled to Jordan, and an arrest warrant was issued against him. As the investigation progressed, the Central District Police succeeded in connecting and linking the evidence against all the suspects. Following an intensive investigation, an indictment was filed against the two suspects who were arrested. Today at noon, Central District Police officers arrested the main suspect in carrying out the murder at the Jordan River border crossing, as he entered Israel. The suspect, a resident of Jaffa in his 20s, was transferred for investigation and will be brought tomorrow for a hearing on extending his detention.
