Jerusalem, 2 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Hatzalah (emergency services) Without Borders Judea and Samaria reported a 12th animal poisoning attack since the start of the year. Two goats died from poisoning in the pasture lands of Mitzpe Dani, located near al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.
The organization also reported that a shepherd was assaulted by an “anarchist” During the incident.
