Documentation from body cameras – a vehicle suspected of being stolen was located yesterday while traveling on Highway 1 towards the north.

Police officers from the Tel Aviv North station noticed a vehicle and followed it. Simultaneously, officers from the Glilot station prepared to set up a roadblock on Highway 5. Upon the vehicle’s arrival at the roadblock, the suspect did not respond to the officers’ calls, who were forced to smash the driver’s window and subsequently carry out his arrest. A check revealed that the suspect is a resident of Jenin, in his 40s, staying in Israel illegally. The vehicle was returned to its owner.
