During the night, Yamam fighters operated under the direction of the Shin Bet and in cooperation with the IDF in an extensive operation to thwart the infrastructure of the Hamas terrorist organization in the village of Aqaba.

During the operation, forces arrested ten terrorists who were acting to promote terror plans and terror organization in the village. A rocket without a launcher was located in the area. Following an investigation, one of the arrested suspects revealed a location where weapons were hidden, including an M16 weapon and a large amount of explosives intended for the production of explosives. The rocket, weapons, and explosives were handled and destroyed in the field by the explosives disposal unit of the Border Police in Judea and Samaria.
