The suspects who were arrested were transferred to the Elite Intelligence Station and investigated on suspicion of violating a legal order and being present in a closed military area. Upon completion of their investigation, and after the evidential basis for their actions was formed, the investigation materials were transferred for review by the Population and Immigration Authority for the purpose of a hearing and a decision regarding their deportation from the State of Israel, as part of cooperation and an effort to thwart provocative activity including friction and disturbances in various locations throughout Judea and Samaria, incidents that could constitute damage to the image of the State of Israel.
