The synchronized salute took place at the site of the old police station in Sderot, and at all the combat zones where Israel Police officers fell that day in defense of Israeli citizens. As part of the special visit of the Police Command Staff to the South, wreaths were laid at all the zones by senior officers and commanders of combat zone investigations, alongside Police officers, and at this moment a ceremony is currently taking place at the site of the old police station in Sderot. In a short while, a special honor convoy will depart for the fallen. The Israel Police bows its head in memory of its fallen officers and continues to carry their memory and legacy, embracing and accompanying the bereaved families and the officers who were injured in the battles, in defense of the State of Israel and its citizens.
