Ehud Baraks Offensive Cyber Company to Go Public on Nasdaq
Israeli offensive cyber company Paragon, backed by Ehud Barak, is set to go public on Nasdaq through a SPAC merger following a recent acquisition.
Jerusalem, 28 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli offensive cyber company Paragon is preparing to become publicly traded through a merger with a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), according to Israeli media reports.
Paragon was founded in 2019 by Israeli intelligence veterans Idan Nurick, Liad Avraham and Igor Bogudlov, together with Brig. Gen. (res.) Ehud Schneorson, former commander of Unit 8200. Former Prime Minister Ehud Barak is among the company’s prominent investors.
Its flagship Graphite system is designed to infiltrate mobile applications and collect data.
The move follows the December 2024 acquisition of Paragon by U.S. investment firm AE Industrial Partners and its merger with American cybersecurity company REDLattice. The combined businesses generated $267 million in revenue during the 12 months ending June 2026, up 29% year-on-year.
Israel will remain the group’s research, development and innovation hub.
