Israel Police: Police officers from the Judea and Samaria District arrested a 14-year-old minor who was driving a "Mishutova" vehicle, endangering road users, following a report received by the police.

A check by officers at the scene revealed that the vehicle had been taken off the road for dismantling several months ago and had been fitted with non-matching and unrelated license plates. The minor was transferred for investigation by traffic examiners, where it emerged that he had purchased the vehicle for 1,500 NIS. The vehicle was towed from the scene and will be transferred for destruction.
