Two Hamas Terrorists Including Commander Eliminated in Gaza City Strike
The IDF eliminated Hamas commander Talal Mustafa Saleh Badawi and another terrorist in Gaza City on Monday, citing their advancement of attacks.

Jerusalem, 2 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) struck and eliminated Talal Mustafa Saleh Badawi, a commander in Hamas’s Gaza City Brigade, on Monday. Momo Saeed Mohammed Hawari, another Hamas terrorist, was also eliminated in the strike.
The IDF said the terrorists had recently been advancing attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians while working to rehabilitate Hamas’s capabilities, in systematic violation of the ceasefire. The strike was carried out to remove the threat.
