Jerusalem, 11 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — A memorial forest honoring the 414 people murdered at the Nova music festival during the October 7, 2023, Hamas massacre was inaugurated in Mendoza, Argentina, following the third anniversary commemorations.

The initiative is reportedly the first Nova massacre memorial outside Israel.

The Bosque KKL Nova project was established by KKL Argentina in partnership with the city of Mendoza, inspired by memorial sites in southern Israel. Each of the 414 trees represents a victim, creating a living tribute that will grow over time.

A monument is planned at the forest’s center, providing a gathering place for families and visitors.

A delegation of bereaved families and Nova Tribe Community Association representatives attended the inauguration and commemorative events, sharing their loved ones’ stories with Jewish communities, synagogues, and educational institutions in Buenos Aires and Mendoza.
