According to suspicion, the suspect managed several Telegram groups, in which he traded intimate photos and videos of women and minors, and charged hundreds of shekels from each user for access to the content. Using this method, the suspect pocketed an accumulated sum of tens of thousands of shekels. Yesterday, the main suspect and several other involved individuals were arrested on suspicion that they acted together with him and took part in managing an entire network of trading intimate materials. A large portion of the victims did not even know that their documentation had reached the suspects and was being used by them as a tool for profit. This morning, dozens of suspects from all over the country were detained for investigation at the Lahav 433 offices on suspicion of purchasing materials, while, according to suspicion, they did so with full awareness of the minors’ ages and that the materials were distributed without their consent. The investigation into the affair is ongoing.
