TPS: Israeli Police Education Program for Youth Villages Surpasses 1,000 Graduates
An Israeli police education program for at-risk youth has graduated over 1,000 participants, offering law enforcement career paths.
Jerusalem, 15 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s National Community Security Authority, under the Ministry of National Security, announced that its police education program for at-risk youth and youth village residents has surpassed 1,000 graduates.
The latest cohort of 87 graduates completed the program at the Kehonat, Nir Ha’emek, and Hidiyot youth villages, joining 893 previous graduates.
The program aims to prepare young people from youth villages for potential careers in law enforcement, part of broader efforts by Israeli authorities to expand community integration and career pathways for at-risk youth populations.
