Israel Police: Following a covert investigation, a suspect was arrested in connection with a double murder in Nazareth

The Commander of the Northern District, Superintendent Meir Eliyahu, held a situation assessment, at the end of which the investigation of the incident was assigned to the Central Unit in the Northern District. Following extensive investigative actions and the transition to an open investigation, during the morning, forces from the northern Central Unit, together with Border Police fighters, raided the home of a resident of Yafia (29) who is suspected of being involved in the murder, and carried out his arrest.
