Jerusalem, 31 August, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi has approved the transfer of controlling shares in HOT Mobile, one of the country’s major mobile-phone operators with roughly 2 million subscribers, from the Altice Group to a consortium led by Delek Retail and Keystone Fund, the Communications Ministry said Monday.
