A second Israeli woman is reported missing in Nepal amid devastating floods, as authorities work to locate the 41-year-old.

Jerusalem, 31 August, 2026 (TPS-IL) — A second Israeli woman is reported Missing in Nepal, Israel’s Foreign Ministry said.

The Israeli consulate in Kathmandu and ministry officials are in contact with the 41-year-old’s family and working with local authorities and organizations to locate her.

The death toll from Wednesday’s flood stands at 919 in Nepal and China, with 4,793 missing.
