Cylake Raises $245M to Expand Cybersecurity Platform

Israeli cybersecurity company Cylake, founded by Nir Zuk, raises $245M in convertible bond financing, bringing total funding to $290M.

Jerusalem, 9 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Cylake, an Israeli cybersecurity company founded by Palo Alto Networks founder and former CTO Nir Zuk, has raised $245 million through a convertible bond financing round. Lightspeed Venture Partners, Picture Capital and Redpoint Ventures participated in the round, bringing Cylake’s total funding to $290 million.

The latest funding will support development of its cybersecurity platform and workforce expansion. A beta version is expected by year-end, with full market availability planned for 2027.
