AI security company Alice raises $140 million, led by Apax Digital, as it nears $100 million in ARR, protecting 3 billion users and top AI labs.
Jerusalem, 25 August, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Alice, an AI trust, safety and security company, announced a $140 million funding round led by Apax Digital, as the company approaches $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Alice has spent nearly a decade tracking how malicious actors exploit major digital platforms, building a proprietary dataset of real-world threats. The company now uses that intelligence to predict and prevent attacks on AI systems, working with clients including Anthropic, Google and Nvidia.
Alice operates one of the world’s largest AI security research labs, employing more than 150 researchers studying how AI systems can be manipulated or fail. The company said it protects more than 3 billion users online and eight of the world’s ten leading AI model labs, with security engineers embedded directly inside major platforms and AI labs to identify failures before deployment.
