Jerusalem, 7 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Three Years after the October 7 massacre, the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), headquartered in New York City, with additional offices in Canada, the UK, Italy, and Israel, is warning that the attack exposed a broader threat to Jews, democratic values, and Western security.
ISGAP says anti-Israel demonstrations began as early as October 8, while victims were still being identified and hostages remained in Gaza. It argues that campuses and major cities subsequently became centers of anti-Israel demonization, antisemitic rhetoric and, in some cases, justification or glorification of political violence.
The institute argues that universities have increasingly become vulnerable to antisemitic influence at the expense of academic debate.
ISGAP also points to its “Follow the Money” research, which it says uncovered billions of dollars in previously unreported Qatari funding to US universities and links to Muslim Brotherhood networks.
