More Than 540 Terrorist Infrastructure Sites Destroyed by IDF's 91st Division in Southern Lebanon

Jerusalem, 20 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said troops operating under the 91st Division have destroyed more than 540 terrorist infrastructure sites in southern Lebanon in recent weeks, targeting threats to Israel and its forces.

Operations focused on the security zone around the villages of Khiam, Tair Harfa, Mays al-Jabal and Majdal Zoun. Troops from the 300th, 769th and 4th brigades, along with the IDF’s infantry officers training school, participated in the operations.

The forces also located more than 150 weapons, including grenades, rockets, rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), anti-tank missiles, long-range anti-tank missiles, artillery weapons, launchers, Kalashnikov rifles, explosives, pistols, other small arms and ammunition magazines.

The IDF said it would continue removing threats posed by Hezbollah while remaining committed to the ceasefire agreement.
