Israel eliminated Hamas Nukhba terrorist Saqr Nabil Musa Qaisi in Khan Younis, Gaza, who exploited a Turkish humanitarian group for terror.
Jerusalem, 4 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — TEL AVIV — The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a targeted strike in Khan Younis, Gaza, eliminating Hamas Nukhba force terrorist Saqr Nabil Musa Qaisi.
Military authorities confirmed Qaisi participated in the October 7th massacre before operating under the cover of a humanitarian organization. Serving as director of the Turkish relief group Deniz Feneri, Qaisi allegedly utilized his position to route funds, employ Hamas operatives, and facilitate terror activities under the guise of aid work.
The IDF stated Qaisi actively planned recent operations against Israeli troops and civilians in violation of active ceasefire terms. The precision strike aimed to neutralize the immediate threat posed by Qaisi and curb Hamas’s exploitation of aid channels.
