Jerusalem, 23 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The West Gaziaim Industrial Park plan, promoted by the Israel Land Authority in cooperation with the Emek HaMa’ayanot Development Agency, has been approved for submission to the Northern District Committee.
The plan to expand the Tza’im Park Industrial Zone, located in the eastern Galilee, will add approximately 53 acres of industrial space and an additional construction area of approximately 238,000 square meters, including areas for industry and a public building.
The land allocation in the plan includes: industry — approximately acres with buildings up to 2 stories; buildings and public institutions — approximately ¼ acre with buildings up to 5 stories; road infrastructure; parking; and open public spaces of about 22 acres.
