With the start of the school year, the Commander of the Negev District, Superintendent Amir Klein, accompanied Amity, the son of hero of Israel Sergeant Major Itamar Alos (Iluz) z”l, on his exciting journey to first grade. Sergeant Major Alos (Iluz) z”l, who fought on October 7th in Ofakim and saved the lives of many civilians, passed away as a hero of Israel.
