Jerusalem, 3 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Officers of the Judea and Samaria District Inter-Agency Task Force arrested an 18-year-old resident of Judea and Samaria Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of involvement in multiple incidents of violence and arson.
A second suspect, an active-duty soldier, was also arrested in cooperation with the Military Police Criminal Investigation Division in connection with the same incidents. The arrests join 11 previous arrests made as part of the investigation into violence in the South Hebron Hills.
In a separate case, a 16-year-old resident of Judea and Samaria was arrested at Ben Gurion Airport, also en route to Uman, under a court warrant on suspicion of nationalist offenses in the Samaria sector. He was questioned at the Ariel Police Station and released under conditions.
Additionally, a 29-year-old resident of Judea and Samaria was arrested Wednesday in northern Israel under a court warrant for repeatedly violating a military administrative order requiring him to report daily to a designated police station.
