Israel Police: Tel Aviv District police officers located over a kilogram of suspected cocaine in an apartment in the town of Azor, alongside other suspected drugs.
Tel Aviv police seized 1.25 kg of cocaine, LSD blotters, and other drugs in Azor, arresting a suspect in a drug trafficking operation.
A suspect was arrested as part of an operation against drug trafficking and distribution offenses. At the beginning of the week, detectives from the Glilot station in the Yarkon district conducted a search of an apartment in the town of Azor, which was suspected of being used for storing and distributing drugs via the Telegram application. During the search, approximately 1.25 kg gross of a substance suspected to be cocaine was seized, along with 31 blotters suspected to be LSD, and dozens of grams of liquid substances suspected to be various types of drugs, as well as scales and mobile phones. Some of the substances were found packaged and divided, in a manner that allegedly indicates their preparation for distribution. In addition, a luxury motorcycle was seized, which the police will act to confiscate according to legal proceedings. A suspect (in his 40s) was located at the scene, arrested, and transferred for investigation at the police station.
