Jerusalem, 22 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Nine people were injured Thursday morning when a minibus overturned on its side on Highway 353 near the community of Srigim, in the Jerusalem region.
Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency teams received the accident report at 6:03 a.m. and treated all nine passengers at the scene. A man in his 30s sustained serious injuries and required sedation and mechanical ventilation. An 18-year-old suffered moderate injuries, including multiple-system trauma. Seven other passengers were slightly injured.
All nine casualties were evacuated by MDA ambulances to Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Jerusalem for further treatment.
MDA emergency medical technician Yosef Horowitz said responders found the minibus lying on its side, with all passengers outside the vehicle. All the injured were conscious when medical teams arrived.
