Illegal residents were apprehended, and weapons, ammunition, and drugs were located during a large-scale operation in Tayibe and Qalansawe, led by National Guard fighters from the central Border Police and with the participation of Border Police units.
Israel Police apprehended illegal residents and seized weapons, drugs, and cash in large-scale operations in Tayibe and Qalansawe.
The suspects were arrested and transferred for investigation. In further operations in Tayibe and Qalansawe, an additional 13 illegal residents were located and arrested. In an additional search of a house in Qalansawe, airsoft guns resembling a pistol and a rifle, three pistol holsters, a weapon strap, and a magazine were found. Additionally, a substance suspected of being drugs was seized. A suspect, a 23-year-old resident of Nesher, was detained for investigation. In a further search in Qalansawe, bulk ammunition and cash totaling 77,800 NIS were seized. A suspect (Qalansawe, 20) was arrested for investigation. In a search of an open area, a Glock pistol, two full magazines, 33 rounds of 7.65mm Ruger ammunition, 50 rounds of 9mm ammunition, and an additional magazine were located and seized.
