The investigation revealed that the initial contact was made when the suspect was searching for work on the internet. The foreign agent initially activated the minor using the “stages” method – performing seemingly innocent tasks such as distributing flyers, and later demanded full identification from him through photographs. As the connection tightened, the suspect recruited another minor, and together they carried out various security missions, including spraying graffiti with inciting content against the government, photographing key and strategic sites in the center of the country, and attempting to expand the circle of activation of additional minors. In return for carrying out the missions, the suspects received a financial payment of a few thousand shekels. Upon completion of the investigation, an indictment will be filed.
