Jerusalem, 29 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Eighteen people were injured Tuesday in a collision involving eight vehicles on northbound Highway 6 between the Iron Interchange and Ein Tut Interchange, according to Israeli media reports.
Emergency medical teams arrived at the scene and treated the injured before evacuating them to hospitals for further care. The extent of the injuries varied, with some victims reportedly suffering moderate or minor injuries.
Police launched an investigation into the circumstances of the crash and worked at the scene to manage traffic and determine how the multi-vehicle collision occurred.
