The company develops an AI platform for ecommerce designed to improve customer engagement, conversion and operational efficiency across the online shopping journey.
The new financing follows its $8.2 million Series A round in August 2024 and will support product development, enterprise expansion and market growth. Company executives said the platform replaces fragmented tools with a unified system for understanding shopper behavior and improving sales and customer support outcomes.
